Ordnance Survey customers will soon have access to two ground-breaking products to help them reap the benefits of OS MasterMap™.

Snowflake and Laser-Scan have been working closely together to enable Snowflake's GO-Loader to stream topological GML directly into an Oracle table structure recognised by Laser-Scan's latest development Radius Topology.

Laser-Scan's Oracle Programme Director Steven Ramage commented:

"The integration of GO-Loader and Radius Topology opens up the new, emerging world of geospatial data management based on interoperability, openness and industry standards, such as GML and ISO TC19107. Tie all this together with Oracle as the RDBMS of choice and you have a pretty potent solution."

Customers using both products will get the benefit of streaming topological data directly into a topologically aware Oracle9i database without the need for any restructuring or pre-processing.
